Cross-media or single channel

We support you in planning and implementing your direct marketing campaigns. It does not matter for us whether you are advertising cross-media via several channels or fully rely e.g. on addressed direct mailings. We submit individual proposals based on your individual requirements and budget.

The legal provisions for advertising by phone got constantly stricter in the past years - at least in Germany per The Act against unfair competition (UWG):

„§ 7 (2) no. 2 UWG: “Unconscionable pestering shall always be assumed in the case of advertising by means of a telephone call, made to a consumer without his prior express consent, or made to another market participant* without at least the latter's presumed consent;“

 

* this is referring to businesses and is thus relevant for b2b!

 

As a consequence we have reduced our telemarketing services towards end consumers (e.g. only for pure market research campaigns). But if you are intending to contact other companies with business related offers by telephone, we can still mediate potentials.



In several other countries telemarketing is still allowed on an opt-out basis. Then local suppression lists (Do-not-call, Telephone Preference Service, Bel-me-niet Register etc.) have to be respected. In these markets we even offer consumer addresses with phone numbers in compliance with the legal requirements in the respective country.
